I’m looking to become a certified fitness instructor (group fitness/aerobics/steb/kickboxing). I know a few people who have gone different routes for their certification and wondered if anyone knew which company/association was the best to go through. I’m looking for a not-super-expensive one that is recognizable.

My 3 1/2 year old chow x bulldog has very painful arthritis. He is currently taking metacam and that helps but he is becoming more aggresive to my 1 year old daughter. Is their any hope?
I can’t afford expensive treatments like water therapy, I would love to but his medication is already 0 a month. Is their anything I can do to get him to stop growling when my daughter touches him and will it escalate to a bite?

My two front teeth are a bit big and the bottom eges are jagged. Can the dentist file them just to slightly round them up a bit (like Isabella Rosellini’s for example) so they don’t look so square?
PS i’ve read a cosmetic dentist can use a sanding disk to reshape teeth. Does anyone know if this is expensive or what this generally costs for just the two front teeth?

I am 33 weeks pregnant, and I was feeling pain stretching from my vagina to my stomach earlier today. The pains seem to come when I stepped a certain way when I was walking around a store. They weren’t severe or long lasting, just different. Anyways, I was decided to look at my vagina openning by squatting over a mirror. And it looked like something white was covering part of the openning. Is this normal? What could it be? I have a midwife appointment tomorrow.

What’s the difference between nausea due to pregnancy and due to gastritis?
is there any difference? i’ve been feeling this nausea almost whole day and when i pressed my gastric, I didn’t feel pain like what I used to feel when I had gastritis.

what i meant was i haven’t taken any pregnancy test yet and 3 days late…so i’d like to know if this is gastritis or due to pregnancy?

I had an operation more than a year ago to take out one of my baby teeth and to put a gold chain through the roof of my mouth onto the adult tooth to make the adult tooth come down. As i said this was a year and a half ago and i am still waiting for the adult tooth to grow down. The chain has been tightened around ten times which has been sometimes very painful. There is no sign of a tooth growing down and the surgeon said it should only take a few months. I am fifteen years old, nearly sixteen, and this is obviously very frustrating.

I need to be able to find a wall charger and a car adapter for my iPod touch2g. I don’t want to spend 20bucks either. Do the generic brands that they have on eBay work or will they harm my iPod?

I am fully aware that there are many drugs that are indeed harmful to users.

However, there are some drugs that do not have any permanent side effects (whether they be mental or physical) including chemical addiction. These drugs still remain illegal though they are far less dangerous than even alcohol.

What is your opinion on this?

My dad has this type of arthritis and his legs always hurt really bad. He is only 54 years old and he can barely walk around. What are some things that he can try to ease the pain so that he can get around better. He is still kind of young.
