Putting the p*%sy on a pedestal is when a guy looks at sex as an unreachable goal that is so hard to reach that the guy starts to see it as a unicorn or big foot. Women sometimes put marriage on a pedestal. Does anyone have any tips?

I may have arthritis in my knees (still waiting for x-ray results). How can I continue to actively participate in sports and exercise without causing further damage. Right now, I can’t bend or go up a flight of stairs without pain.

I know you mix baking soda and water together, and it becomes a paste. But when I brush with the mixture do i brush my teeth with toothpaste after, or before or not at all? Everytime i sleep over at my friends house, I get bronchitis for about 3-4 weeks. I found out that my asthma is the problem and since they have dogs, i tend to get bronchitis if i stay at their house for too long. Is there anyway to calm down bronchitis or asthma or to permantly get rid of asthma? I have an inhaler btw. What can i also do to help treat it because i have it right now.

I know spot reduction is impossible and losing fat occurs to the whole body so I need suggestions of a fitness plan that I can follow to lose excess fat especially in the lower body part (bum, upper thigns) I’m slim in the upper body parts but it’s just my large bum that I’m unconfident about. I have rheumatoid arthritis like symptoms, but have a lot of blood work and nothing shows up. Is it possible it not be in the blood.
