Contrary to popular belief, psychologists are not mind-readers who can magically tell just by looking at somebody what the root cause of their depression is. They can only work with what the patient chooses to divulge. Often this is good and relevant and leads to the patient successfully working through their problem, but too often the patient is absorbed in something more immediate (e.g. why that particular relationship failed, rather than why their previous relationships have all failed in the same way), is reluctant to share personal details, or is just shy and does not share anything of importance. This leads the psychologist on a wild goose chase to dig the truth out of them, which takes time (often several years) and money.

In this age of instant gratification, if a therapist hasn't cured your life-long mental illness in 3 hour-long sessions, they are deemed a failure.

Internal bleaching. An access is created on the back of the affected tooth, bleaching gel is applied and sealed. The process is repeated until the tooth goes back to its regular shade. Ideally the tooth needs a crown or porcelain veneer since trauma and root canal both can significantly weaken the tooth structure.

Stop wiggling that tooth, and as soon as practical go see a dentist. Your dentist may need to stabilize it by wiring it to an adjacent tooth. But a dental x-ray will show whether it's permanent.

I think this just means you're seeing a doctor of internal medicine, or an internist, who is more of a generalist these days, especially if your issue is hypertension. This will probably be just a standard physical, nothing invasive like a rectal exam or anything, but you might have to undress to your underwear and put on a gown so the doctor can check your heart, lungs and abdomen. At the most the doctor might ask you about your sexual history, if you perform TSEs, if you have any problems maintaining an erection or urinating. This is all normal questions during a man's physical.

Many of the drugs we use today were originally discovered in plants. Originally they were obtained by extracting them directly from the plants that produced them, and a few still are. But today we are able to duplicate or synthesize most of these chemical compounds in the laboratory, and then manufacture them in pharmaceutical companies, so we no longer have to get them directly from the plants. Aspirin is one common example of a drug originally found in plants. Here's a list of drugs and the plants in which they were first discovered:

There are actually several natural supplements that help joint health.
The most popular are Microlactin, Tart Cherries, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, Hyaluronic Acid, Danish Rose Hips, and Bromelain. Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM are commonly in combinations together because they work for similar aspects of joint health (and most recommend 1500 mg of Glucosamine, 1200 of Chondroitin, and various levels of MSM spread throughout the day) so that would probably be a good place to start. The down side is that those take the longest to work because they are the main nutrients that your body uses to create new cartilage, but because of that, they work the best in the long run.

The only thing to really watch out for is allergies. Glucosamine is typically from Shellfish and Microlactin is from milk. As long as you're not allergic to those, you should have no problem and you could safely take any number of those together.

However, with that being said, once your joints and muscles are back up to par, I don't see why you would have to stop doing pushups (although not doing them while you're healing is a great idea). I would talk to the Physical Therapist at the hospital/clinic where you were checked out and see what exercises you could do to strengthen those muscles while you're in recovery and/or after the recovery period. The nutrients I mentioned will help with the strength and health of your elbow so the exercises should help with the muscles around it. Good luck and I hope I helped!
