How do you deal with stress during pregnancy?
My job can be very stressful so, I want some ideas on how to safely handle the stresses of life during pregnancy. I know that some herbs must be avoided during pregnancy; this is why I mention my pregnancy. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

warm (not hot) bath, soothing music, journaling, exercising, especially yoga (exercise is a big one because it releases endorphins and makes you happier and more relaxed), making sure to have some quiet, alone time every day for whatever of the above activities you want to do
