What will happen if asthma is left untreated?
I have been getting chest tightness and difficulty in breathing lately and I think it might be asthma.. But I dont want to go to the doctor since it’s not that bad.
If it is asthma, and i leave it untreated, what is the worst thing that can happen?

Asthma untreated scars your lungs even further, best thing would probably to take a medicated inhaler…not a rescue inhaler but something that will medicate your lungs…but then again they might perscribe you a rescue inhaler…better safe than dead…that’s what I always said, haha.
