When do the home pregnancy tests become effective and am i prego ?
My boyfriend of 2 years and I had unprotected sex and we’re afraid of the precum. I’m suppose to have my period in about 3 days, so will the home pregnancy tests work?

Early Responce tests can detect the pregnancy hormone up to 5 days before your missed period. For any other test, it’s best to wait until you’ve missed a period. You do not have to wait 7+ days. The day after you miss is fine.
Remember, for best results, test using your first morning urine. HCG (pregnancy hormone) levels are highest after "holding it" all night.
